    Gabriel will be unavailable from 10pm on Friday 24th May until 7am on Tuesday 28th May due to essential system maintenance.

    New Data Reference Guide Launched
    A new search-based Gabriel Data Reference Guide (DRG) is now available on the on the FCA website. To make finding items as user-friendly as possible, we have updated the DRG to utilise a searchable table for all documents and undertaken housekeeping to remove older items. Please note, existing bookmarks to items may cease to function in the near future and we would therefore recommend bookmarking the DRG homepage to source all items.

    Information for credit institutions and payment service firms who are required to report their payments fraud data (REP017) in accordance with PS18/24
    Version 2.0 of the Data Reference Guide for REP017 has now been finalised and is available here: Data Reference Guide

    We also anticipate that reporting schedules with the new version of REP017 will be updated in Gabriel on 1 June 2019 ready for the first reporting period ending on 30 June 2019.

    Gabriel Submission Reminder Emails - 10 October 2018
    We have introduced a new function that makes it possible for nominated firm users to receive submission reminder emails, in addition to a firms principal user receiving them. The permission to receive reminder emails can be assigned by Principal Users and Firm Administrators via a tick box option on the 'Edit User Details' screen.

    New 'Forgot Password?' Service - 11 June 2018
    Gabriel users can now quickly and securely reset their own password using the new 'Forgot Password?' service. The new service enables you to securely reset your Gabriel password without the use of security questions.

    Complaints reporting on MiFID activities
    Firms who undertake MiFID activities are required to report information on complaints received from eligible counterparties, professional clients and retail clients if they are in relation to MiFID activities. This information should be reported in the Complaints DISP1 Ann1R report. More information can be found on this page.

    Support for GABRIEL is provided by the Customer Contact Centre Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm.
